You may have noticed that we are using Google Calendar to schedule the streams. This makes it easy for the streamers to schedule their stream from basically anywhere, assuming they also have it connected to their smartphone.

The viewers, you guys, can also subscribe to this and stay up to date with what's coming up as well! In this thread I'll provide you the steps you need to subscribe to the TSG Present! Google Calendar, and how to sync it to your smartphone as well.

First a prerequisites...You need a google account. If you don't have one, you can create one here (https://accounts.google.com/SignUp?continue=https%3A%2F%2Faccounts.google.com% 2FManageAccount). This plus side to this is you can easily sync your bookmarks, passwords, apps, etc. using chrome...and well objectively gmail is a huge improvement over the other free alternatives.

The Steps:
1. Login to your google account and head to Calendar. This link (https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?service=cl&passive=1209600&continue=https://www.google.com/calendar/render?tab%3Dwc&followup=https://www.google.com/calendar/render?tab%3Dwc&scc=1) will take you directly to Google Calendar as soon as your login.

2. Once you're on the Calendar page, click the arrow next to "Other Calendars" and click "Add by URL."

3. The URL you want to input is: https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/re ... /basic.ics (https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/re6j0idh4ecme01bukhdlkkn9g%40group.calendar.google .com/public/basic.ics)

4. You should now see the events in your Calendar, but how do we get this on your smartphone? It's fairly easy:
4.1 - On your device, go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Add Account... and make a Gmail account.

4.2 - Name is your name or alias, Email is the email address for your Google account, Password is self-explanatory, and Description is whatever you want to use to define this.

4.3 - Once you're done, make sure at least the Calendar option is turned on. You can turn on email as well if you want to use your phone to check your gmail.

4.4 - By default this will only sync the primary calendar, so you'll need to visit https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect and choose the TSG Present! Calendar and click save[/spoiler:f0ufvtgg]
4.1 - Because the Android OS is built by Google, it has the Calendar function built in. All you need to do is add your Google account to the phone or you can download the Google Calendar app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.calendar).

4.2 - You can change the Synchronization settings of the Calendar in Settings>Accounts & Sync.[/spoiler:f0ufvtgg]

5. What about Desktop applications? I will provide instruction for iCal only. If you know any decent Windows Calendar applications, let me know.
5.1 - In iCal go to Calendar>Preference>Accounts and add an account.

5.2 - Account Type: Google, Email Address: Enter the email address with the @gmail.com, Password: Self-explanatory.

5.3 - Visit https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect and make sure the TSG Present! calendar is selected.[/spoiler:f0ufvtgg]

If you have any issues you can either post here and I will try to help, or consult the appropriate Google help section (http://support.google.com/calendar/bin/topic.py?hl=en&topic=13950&parent=1665163&ctx=topic)

This guide may not include every detail needed. Let me know if anything needs clarified.
