Solid list, I probably would of had Dragon Ball Z - Attack of the Sayans and 999 in there somewhere, but in saying that I have no idea what 2 games would lose out in the list to add those two to it.

This is a pretty solid list overall.
I think if Elite beat agents is on your list, I guess Ouendan 2 can be in the same spot as it's practically the same game, just with different songs and one extra feature. That said, that depends on your taste of music.
I've noticed a lack of the Prof. Layton series, then again it is your list.
i've noticed that you put dragon quest IX on your list, good pick! What about IV,V,VI released on the DS, are your thoughts on those releases?

Your list covers almost everything I would have added but it needs some Radiant Historia. To me that was such a fantastic game. If you didn't get the chance to play it, I suggest you take the time to.
